Critical Friends Circle

​The Critical Friends Circle provides supportive, peer-led feedback on institutions’ Researcher Development Concordat Action Plans. It focuses on the overall structure of the plan, helping institutions reflect on their current approach. Through collaborative dialogue, the Circle encourages organisations to build on existing strengths. It also helps identify areas that may not yet have been considered. This process fosters a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning across the sector.
